WINE CELLAR DESIGN
Cooling Systems
The optimal temperature for long-term storage of wine is 55-60 degrees.
At this temperature, wine matures in a balanced manner, mellowing acidity and softening tannins.
If it is too warm or too cool, aspects of the wine will age at different rates and this potentially can cause the wine to become unbalanced.
Our cooling systems will protect your collection by keeping them at a stable condition.
